Description

I purchased these from an estate sale which had a ton of antique of the Victorian period and earlier. I think these are wooden with pewter but am not positive. I know that many of them are bone so not sure. I have only hand washed them since I was not positive what I was dealing with. I think they are lovely and am really overcome with a sense of nostalgia just by holding them and imagining the previous hands that have held them whether on the dusty wagon trail or in the trenches of war it is really powerful. Enough of my soapbox! Back to business! They are rough. The tines are bent. I don’t know what the tines are made of. Once again, I did not try to clean them with anything other that Dawn dishwashing liquid. I do have a couple more odd pieces that I will be listing if you collect so check back.
