SVL Products Warranty Dana Holding Corporation warrants that SVL products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship, conform to Dana’s drawings and specifications, and be fit for those applications approved in writing by Dana’s Engineering Department. Dana will warrant its products for six months or 50,000 miles (limited to the current owner). This warranty does not apply to products or components that have been modified or altered; damaged by the environment or road conditions; collision, fire or other casualty; improperly or inadequately installed or maintained; or subjected to shock loading or driver abuse. Dana makes no other representation or warranty with respect to the products, whether express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, or otherwise.
